Tobias Rehberger (b. 1966) is one of the most innovative artists of his generation. He has won numerous prizes and has attracted widespread international acclaim for his sculptures and installations, in which he fuses art and design in works that operate at multiple sensory levels. He was most recently exhibited at the Fondation Beyeler in 2015, when his large-format wall piece and installation 1661-1910 from Nagasaki, Meiji, Setti was presented in the Souterrain. Since June 2016 he has been inviting visitors to discover, via the project 24 Stops, the Rehberger-Weg path running between the Fondation Beyeler in Riehen and the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein.
